❌ core switch off, neck & spine overarching, hips bent throughout exercise
✅ core switch on, neutral neck & spine, butt clenched throughout movement

You can use an Ab Roller or Barbell with plates. Put a mat or towel on the floor to cushion your knee

Roll out slowly as far as you can without touching the floor while keeping your abs & butt tight. Pull yourself back up without losing tightness around your core
