Kneeling Abs Roll-Out for Strong Core

Avoid this exercise if you have back problems, I felt very unpleasant on low-back demonstrating the ❌ version 🤣

❌ core switch off, neck & spine overarching, hips bent throughout exercise
✅ core switch on, neutral neck & spine, butt clenched throughout movement
___
You can use an Ab Roller or Barbell with plates. Put a mat or towel on the floor to cushion your knee
___
Roll out slowly as far as you can without touching the floor while keeping your abs & butt tight. Pull yourself back up without losing tightness around your core
